suffering from GERD

Last two nights i was a little bit annoyed.
and until now im soo tired because i didn't sleep 2 nights in a row! I'm having a hard time to breath and every time i was laying down, or even laying my back into the couch i still have trouble in breathing.

It was so hard me to get a comfortable position while im in bed, and soo jelous looking at my husband SNORING while sleeping.
[buti pa sya! relax na relax... naka nga-nga pa ng bongga!]
GRRRR.
ITs 3am in the morning and im suffering with.
"Gastroesophageal reflux disease"
(pronounced: gas-tro-ih-sah-fuh-jee-ul) Again! grrrr! :( and until now... i take medicines at night before bed time and 1 capsule every morning 30 min before breakfast, but why there's still some gas that moving backward from my stomach into my esophagus? ugh! it was soo annoying!

Sometimes reflux causes burning sensation of heartburn that most of us occasionally feel. But although lots of people have heartburn from time to time, that doesn't mean that they have GERD. When a person has GERD, heartburn or other symptoms happen much more often and cause serious discomfort like, Hardly Coughing, shortness of breathing like me and a very loud tummy... sometimes you may feel acid in your throat when you "burp".

Physicians said that the reflux of stomach acid damages the tissue lining the esophagus, causing inflammation and pain. They usually suggest people who suffer Reflux is to:
Eat blend food. ouch! [i love spices!]
* no citrus juices or fruits, *no sodas :( *Softdrinks*Fatty Foods *spicy foods *Chocolates * tea and even Alcoholic beverages. (good thing, i dont smoke), they added too that people who has GERD need to eat smaller meals a day so it wont overfill the stomach that causes spasm in the lower and upper esophagus. Another thing to prevent this is to *Avoid tight clothes & tight belts that increases the pressure on the abdomen and lastly maintain your *Ideal Weight. Excess weight can increase the amount of pressure constantly places on your stomach, even small amounts of weight loss may help.

Additional to this is my doctor told me to be more careful because im pragnant too. Commonly 25% of pregnant woman suffers with GERD because the pressure of the Uterus with the growing baby inside pushes the abdomen, 0h well! she reminded me again....
EAT RIGHT, balance your diet... & eat small meals a day ;)

thanks for reading ...
Hope will be better so0n.

"buuuurrrp" :,O
